How often will my site be patrolled?
Patrol frequency is agreed in your contract — common patterns are 2-4 random visits per night, hourly for higher-risk sites, or on-demand alarm response. We always build in randomness so patrol times can't be predicted.
Are mobile patrols cheaper than static guarding?
Usually yes. Mobile patrols spread an officer's time across multiple clients, so costs per visit are lower than a dedicated static guard. For low-to-medium-risk sites, patrols can be 40-70% cheaper than 24/7 static cover.
What happens if an incident is found during a patrol?
The officer secures the scene, contacts our 24/7 control room, and follows your agreed escalation plan. That can mean contacting police, liaising with key holders, or remaining on site until relieved.
Do you provide patrol reports after each visit?
Yes. Every patrol generates a timestamped report with GPS log, observations, and photos of any issues. Reports are available through our client portal the following morning.
Can I request random patrol times?
Randomness is the default. Predictable patrols are predictable targets, so we schedule checks inside agreed windows rather than fixed times.
Do you cover construction sites and vacant properties?
Yes. Construction sites, vacant commercial properties, retail parks, and housing developments are a core KBG mobile-patrol use case, often paired with temporary CCTV for additional deterrence.
